Eleanor Jersild is the Senior Manager of Compliance and Operations at Clean Fuels Ohio, and is the administrative lead for the DEUSA1 project. She coordinates all aspects of the contracts and reporting with the remaining 12 partner states.

Daniel is an experienced rhetorician who has successfully applied a critical thinking mindset to create an extensive skillset including business management, digital media coordination, and public outreach.

Sam SpofforthClean Fuels Ohio (formerly)
Sam Spofforth served as the Executive Director of Clean Fuels Ohio from 2002 until 2021 when he left to join NREL. Spofforth was part of the original team (with Overly) that developed the DEUSA project idea and was a programmatic lead until his departure.
