Jennifer is a Senior Project Manager at ETCleanFuels. She is the administrative lead for the DEUSA2 Project and manages several other projects focused on transportation electrification and is working to expand TNCleanFuels’ relationships across the state.

Jonathan has spent 20 years building partnerships towards implementing cleaner-fuel projects and programs. While Tennessee is his primary focus, multi-state collaboratives are of unique interest to Jonathan as they provide opportunities to make a larger difference. Jonathan leads the overall initiative and seeks new partnerships to help DEUSA thrive.

Danniel is an experienced rhetorician who has successfully applied a critical thinking mindset to create an extensive skillset including business management, digital media coordination, and public outreach. Danniel provides fiscal and administrative oversight to DEUSA.

Sam served as the Executive Director of Clean Fuels Ohio from 2002 until 2021 when he left to join NREL and DOE. Spofforth was part of the original team (with Overly) that developed the DEUSA project idea and was a programmatic lead until his departure.
